We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dedicated culinary team. The Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards for quality, presentation, and safety. This position requires a combination of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service that aligns with Hilton's commitment to hospitality excellence. The Sous Chef will work closely with various departments, including Food and Beverage leadership, to create and implement innovative menu selections, particularly for special banquet themes and events, reflecting current food trends and regional tastes.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, implementing important food safety and sanitation regulations, and driving the culinary team's productivity and performance. Candidates should have a minimum of two years in kitchen leadership, with experience in banquet culinary settings, demonstrating a team-focused spirit and ambition to grow within the culinary space.
