Unidine is currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Caretta Bellevue, located at 1780 Servant Way, Green Bay, WI. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to an organization recognized nationally for its leadership in hospitality services. The position operates on a schedule from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm with varying days, including rotating weekends and holidays, allowing for a dynamic and diverse work experience. The pay range for this position is competitive, ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, reflecting the value we place on skill and dedication.
As a Sous Chef at Unidine, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef by preparing and cooking food, coordinating kitchen activities, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of quality and service that our organization is known for.
