We are currently seeking a Lead Pastry Cook to join our esteemed Pastry Team in a full-time capacity. This role is designed for a culinary professional who is technically skilled and passionate about dessert production in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Lead Pastry Cook will play a critical role in assisting with the execution of banquet and restaurant desserts for our diverse dining outlets. This position requires leadership experience, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. In this role, you will follow standardized recipes to prepare banquet desserts, ensuring all products meet Hilton’s quality standards. You will prepare desserts for both banquets and restaurant outlets, ensuring they are completed and ready for timely delivery. Responsibility also includes conducting daily inventory checks on all baking ingredients and products, supporting the Executive Pastry Chef by overseeing team performance, and ensuring smooth operation of the pastry kitchen. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols are essential components of this role.
