We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join our hospitality team. This role is hourly paid and offers a competitive wage ranging from $23 to $25 per hour. As a Sommelier, you will oversee and curate our wine menu while providing expert wine recommendations and exceptional service to guests. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with chefs and management to create and update wine lists, maintaining optimal wine inventory levels, and educating both staff and guests about our diverse wine offerings. You will manage the wine cellar, facilitate wine tasting events, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive understanding of old world wines, a strong grasp of food and wine pairings, and the creativity and interpersonal skills necessary to elevate our guests’ dining experience. Previous experience in a wine steward or similar luxury hospitality role, combined with a thorough understanding of the winemaking process, is essential. Availability to work weekends and holidays is also required.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sommelier or wine steward experience preferred
