The position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Four Seasons Philadelphia is a vital leadership role within the restaurant and bar/lounge operations. This full-time role requires candidates to assist in managing all aspects of the restaurant with a particular focus on sales, profitability, and the development and mentorship of team members. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role in scheduling, training, and supporting new and existing employees to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
