As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the restaurant, working collaboratively within a management team of three to five members. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You will be instrumental in training and developing team members, reviewing financial information to support operational decisions, and motivating your team to uphold the restaurant’s distinguished reputation for excellent customer service. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute your voice and skills toward the growth and evolution of a brand that reimagines wine culture for modern diners. The role offers a balanced lifestyle with flexible scheduling and the potential for a four-day workweek once a month, complemented with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 annually plus monthly profit sharing.
