Whether greeting VIP travelers, assisting flight crews, or coordinating services behind the scenes, the Guest Experience Specialist must demonstrate grace under pressure and meticulous attention to detail to ensure every visit is smooth, comfortable, and memorable. This dynamic position involves a hands-on approach and necessitates flexibility to work varied schedules that include nights, weekends, and holidays. The work environment can involve both indoor and outdoor stations near active aircraft and ground service equipment, making physical agility and situational awareness important. Employees in this role must be able to provide thoughtful service consistently and thrive in a fast-paced setting while being an integral part of a high-end hospitality team. The responsibilities include greeting and escorting guests, collaborating efficiently with team members and external parties to ensure seamless service delivery, handling guest transactions and billing accurately, and providing various concierge services. The specialist must maintain a working knowledge of Signature’s facilities and services, monitor flight activities, coordinate logistics for arriving and departing flights, maintain cleanliness and stocking of amenities, promote and sell company products, and assist with luggage and transportation requests. Adhering to safety, security, and emergency response protocols is critical, as is maintaining accurate records and using company systems to enhance personalized guest service. Teamwork with the Airside Experience team and supporting airlines with passenger services when needed are also important components of the role.   • Minimum 1 year of customer experience-related work preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass background and drug tests
