We are currently hiring for full-time Barista positions located at Regeneron, 350 Tempel Lane B27, Rensselaer, NY 12144. This is a Monday through Friday role with shifts from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. The position offers a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, and internal employee referral bonuses are available. The Barista role is essential to delivering outstanding customer experiences by preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items with a focus on quality and presentation. Candidates with previous barista or coffee experience are preferred but not mandatory. The role involves handling food in compliance with HACCP standards, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the service area, accurately processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through courteous and efficient service.
