The Shift Leader role at El Pollo Loco is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, especially in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certified on all EPL SPECS positions or 1 or more years of restaurant supervisory experience
- Pass EPL Food Safety Audit class after hire
