The position available is based at Montrose West Hollywood in West Hollywood, CA, offering an hourly wage ranging from $20.22 to $22.72. This role primarily involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, corridors, elevators, and all assigned hotel areas to ensure guests receive an exceptional hospitality experience. Responsibilities include daily cleaning and servicing of rooms, delivering guest requests such as irons or extra linens, and maintaining public areas including pool and health club facilities. Successful candidates will be those with an ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads, attention to detail, and a strong service orientation intended to promote guest satisfaction and uphold company standards. This role involves physical tasks requiring the ability to walk, stand, stoop, and lift objects up to 50 pounds, reflecting the active nature of the job. Reporting directly to the Director of Housekeeping, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager, the cleaning associate supports and collaborates within the housekeeping team, responding promptly and courteously to guest needs, managers, and coworkers. The position requires candidates who can multitask effectively, work independently, and maintain confidentiality. Candidates should be fluent in English with good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera software. A high school diploma or GED is required, with further education preferred. Previous hospitality experience is valuable, and a willingness to travel occasionally for hotel familiarization and content creation is expected.
