The Sales Manager position at The Capital Grille plays a crucial role in building business and driving restaurant revenue through direct and indirect sales efforts. This includes planning and executing private and large party dining events, as well as community marketing initiatives that raise the restaurant's profile and attract new clientele. The Sales Manager leads the Host/Sales department, providing leadership and support to ensure operational success and alignment with the company’s core values and standards. This role requires close collaboration with the Managing Partner and Executive Chef to guarantee flawless event execution that reflects the company’s philosophies and commitment to excellence. The Sales Manager interacts regularly with staff across departments to ensure coordinated efforts towards achieving business goals.
