This job opportunity is for a Shift Leader / Team Captain role at Smoothie King, a position vital to maintaining the brand’s mission and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Shift Leader serves as a brand ambassador who helps guests achieve their health and fitness goals by guiding them in selecting the best smoothies and retail products tailored to their nutritional needs. This role requires a candidate who is passionate about wellness and capable of leading a team effectively during the General Manager’s absence. Responsibilities include blending delicious smoothies, preparing ingredients properly, ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment, managing team members during shifts, overseeing cash handling and inventory tasks, and performing opening and closing duties.
