The Director of Rooms position at Millennium Minneapolis is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire Rooms Division. This includes managing the Front Office, Concierge, Guest Recognition, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet laundry, and Valet parking departments. The Director of Rooms is tasked with maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction and ensuring the consistent adherence to hotel and company standards. This role demands a natural leader who excels in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making, with a focus on creating seamless operational workflows. Candidates for this role should possess at least five years of experience in a similar position and have a solid educational background, including a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license is required.
