The Director of Rooms position at Millennium Minneapolis is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire Rooms Division. This includes managing the Front Office, Concierge, Guest Recognition, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet laundry, and Valet parking departments. The Director of Rooms is tasked with maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction and ensuring the consistent adherence to hotel and company standards.
