In this role, you will greet and assist customers dropping off or picking up vehicles for service, ensuring they receive a welcoming and professional experience. Your responsibilities will also include moving, organizing, and maintaining vehicles both on the lot and within service lanes, which requires attentiveness and careful handling of vehicles. Assisting the shuttle driver and delivering vehicles as needed will be integral parts of your duties. Attention to detail is crucial as you perform light cleaning, detailing of vehicles, check and adjust tire pressure, and add fuel or other necessary fluids. You will also be expected to identify and report any potential vehicle issues or facility maintenance needs, helping to maintain the operational excellence of the dealership environment. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dealership, including the showroom, service drive, and lot, is an essential aspect of your daily activities.
