The Sous Chef position at Thompson represents a dynamic opportunity for culinary professionals seeking to grow within a prestigious hotel environment. Reporting closely to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, the Sous Chef will play an instrumental role in building the hotel kitchen operations from the ground up. This includes managing various food service outlets such as the hotel's signature restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the rooftop restaurant, banquet and catering functions, in-room dining, and staff cafeteria. 
The role requires dedication to maintaining the highest standards of culinary technique using top-quality ingredients to deliver unique and positive guest experiences. The Sous Chef will be expected to support senior leadership by managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.
