The Assistant Facilities Manager role at Topgolf is a vital position that supports the Facilities Manager in maintaining and elevating the quality of its venues and grounds. The position offers an annual base salary starting from $57,000, with the potential for additional earnings through a competitive quarterly bonus structure and merit plan. • 3+ years maintenance experience with at least 1 year of recent supervisor experience
• familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and hardware maintenance
• high school diploma or equivalent
• must have a clean driving record
