This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all Front of House daily operations, managing the team of Front of House employees, and ensuring that every guest enjoys Legendary Food and Legendary Service. As a Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse, you will play a critical role in driving sales, enhancing steps of service, and maintaining guest satisfaction by fostering an environment that champions exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. The Service Manager is pivotal in managing the restaurant’s atmosphere and ensuring compliance with employment policies, cleanliness standards, and guest safety. You will be responsible for providing or directing comprehensive training for the Front of House staff, managing their performance through evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary. The position also involves managing liquor orders, controlling costs, and ensuring adherence to applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines. Beyond operational duties, the Service Manager will also be a key player in staff development, assisting key employees, assistant managers, and hourly workers with ongoing feedback and coaching to help them reach their full potential. Recruitment responsibilities include reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and participating in the hiring process for Front of House employees. Additionally, you will direct the daily work schedule, assign tasks, and create a fun and safe environment by implementing company core values, organizing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives.
