The position of Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse plays a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s high standards for service and guest satisfaction. This role involves overseeing all Front of House (FOH) daily operations and managing the FOH team to guarantee that legendary food and service are consistently delivered. They also provide essential training and coaching to FOH employees, manage performance evaluations, and oversee liquor inventory and compliance with alcohol regulations.
