Attention to detail is essential, as the attendant must document vehicle and service-related observations accurately and ensure smooth operational flow by collaborating closely with service advisors, technicians, and other staff members. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and experience operating both manual and automatic vehicles. They should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and possess the physical stamina for walking and standing throughout shifts. Prior dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory, as paid training programs are available.
