The Scheduling Specialist at FlightSafety International is a key position that offers complete oversight of customer scheduling activities, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach in managing the training schedules while aligning with regulatory and operator training mandates. This position serves as a critical liaison point that facilitates communication and coordination between FlightSafety and its diverse clientele, ensuring that all training objectives and regulatory requirements are accurately captured and met. The Scheduling Specialist is tasked with managing training schedules efficiently, verifying training prerequisites, handling client accounts, and serving as a resource for scheduling challenges, including TSA tracking and export compliance. The role also emphasizes customer engagement, requiring the specialist to confirm attendance, maintain client retention programs, and promote additional training options that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Strong knowledge of aviation standards, FAA/NAA regulations, and FlightSafety’s suite of training products is essential. The position traditionally requires a blend of education and aviation-related experience, positioning the Scheduling Specialist as a vital member who ensures operational excellence within FlightSafety International's training ecosystem.
                - Bachelor’s degree in business or aviation management preferred
 - Three years related aviation experience or equivalent
 - Master level proficiency of scheduling responsibilities
 - Knowledge of aviation terminology and FARs
 - Ability to understand FAA/NAA course requirements
 - Excellent customer service orientation
 - Experience with scheduling software
 - Strong organizational and time management skills
 - Excellent communication skills
 - Ability to interact professionally at all management levels
 - Adaptability to fast paced environment
 - Result-driven work ethic

 - Fluency in English both verbal and written
 - Proficiency in MS Office, TMS Systems, CRM
