Currently, Atria Senior Living is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Servers. These positions offer a promising gateway into the senior care community, requiring no prior experience and providing paid on-the-job training. This role involves providing high-quality dining service to residents, ensuring an enjoyable and comfortable mealtime experience. Servers play a key role in enhancing community interaction by assisting residents with menu selections, setting and clearing tables, and supporting meal service during daily dining as well as special events and banquets. This position not only involves serving meals but also nurturing meaningful relationships with residents through attentive customer service and teamwork with colleagues. The wage range for Servers at Atria Senior Living is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on prior experience, and the employment classification influences various benefits.
