The Aircraft Ramp Agent/Line Service Agent operates in a fast-paced airport ramp environment, carrying out duties that keep flights running smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety and service quality. Team members in this role engage directly with aircraft, baggage handling, fueling services, customer interactions, and facility maintenance. The part-time status of this role offers flexibility while requiring availability to sometimes fill open shifts, including evenings or holidays. The Aircraft Ramp Agent/Line Service Agent is responsible for numerous hands-on tasks including marshalling and pushback of aircraft, wing-walking, towing, fueling, and servicing aircraft lavatories.
