The Server role at Distinctive Living is a full-time position requiring weekend availability and is integral to the Restaurant and Hospitality Department under the supervision of the Director of Restaurant and Hospitality. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service during meal times, including special dietary needs compliant with the community's standards. Servers are expected to develop and maintain a positive customer service culture by training staff, evaluating service quality, and implementing efficient meal delivery systems that enhance the dining experience. Additionally, the Server is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within the dining area, ensuring the upkeep of equipment and furniture, and fostering teamwork and initiative that positively impact residents, co-workers, and visitors alike. The role demands a compassionate individual with a desire to work with the elderly and an ability to work independently while making sound decisions.
