The role of Server/Beverage Cart Attendant at Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Silver Lakes is a dynamic and customer-focused position designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and golf. As a part-time team member, the server is responsible for delivering an excellent level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position involves taking, preparing, and delivering food and drink orders to patrons, usually on the golf course or at dining facilities associated with the club. The attendant must be able to interact positively with customers, communicate clearly, and maintain accuracy in order processing and payments. This role requires attention to detail, including keeping the service areas clean, stocked, and orderly, thus contributing to the overall guest experience. Ideal candidates for this role must have good oral communication skills and be comfortable handling simple math tasks, such as accurately computing change. The role also requires the ability to obtain a food handler's permit or certification, underlining the importance of food safety and hygiene at the establishment. The server/beverage cart attendant is often the face of the club, enhancing patron satisfaction and representing the Sunbelt Golf Team’s commitment to quality service.
