The Concierge position within RealManage Elevated Onsite is a part-time role offering competitive hourly wages ranging from $20.00 to $22.00. This role is vital in providing frontline customer service by managing the Motor Lobby desk, overseeing visitor parking, and ensuring compliance with building access policies during weekend shifts, specifically Saturdays from 3 PM to 11:30 PM and 11 PM to 7:30 AM. The Concierge acts as the welcoming face of the community, greeting residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy. This role requires vigilant monitoring of building security through surveillance, enforcement of building rules, and assisting residents with needs such as using service elevators for moves and maintenance. The Concierge also plays a critical role in fostering a sense of community while providing paramount hospitality services.
Responsibilities include managing building entry procedures, responding promptly to telephone inquiries, assisting with incident reporting, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and maintaining detailed logs of building events. The Concierge ensures residents and guests receive the highest standard of 'white glove' service by standing to greet arrivals, offering personalized assistance, and maintaining an atmosphere of calm and order. This position demands reliability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
