The Server position at Oakmont of Santa Clarita is a vital role contributing to the quality experience of residents, family members, and guests. This role operates primarily on weekends, covering shifts every Saturday and Sunday, with an attractive pay rate ranging between $17.81 and $18.00 per hour. The Server is responsible for professionally serving food and beverages in a friendly, courteous manner while diligently performing several duties in and around the dining and kitchen areas to elevate the customer experience. Duties include accurately taking orders and entering them into the point-of-sale system, setting up and breaking down tables, and adhering strictly to proper serving etiquette such as serving from the left and clearing dishes appropriately. This role goes beyond food service; it demands maintaining a safe, secure environment for all residents, guests, and staff, following all established safety guidelines. Encouraging teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments is essential, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
