This job opportunity is a part-time Server position within Trilogy at Vistancia’s Golf Shop and V’s Taproom department. As a Server, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant, bar, and patio areas. The position offers an hourly wage starting at $11.70 plus tips, making it an attractive part-time earning opportunity. The Server reports directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. The role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Servers at Trilogy at Vistancia are expected to greet and serve guests with enthusiasm and friendliness, possess knowledge about the dining options and other resort services, accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Additionally, they clear tables according to established service etiquette and facility procedures. Throughout the guest’s dining experience, Servers maintain engagement with assigned tables to meet all guest needs. Teamwork is a key component, working under the direction of the Lead Server or Food and Beverage Manager and contributing to a positive work environment. This position requires a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends to accommodate the resort's operating hours and special events. Candidates must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, as well as carrying trays and navigating both indoor and outdoor settings which may involve varying terrain and weather conditions. The physical demands of the job include lifting up to 20 pounds and frequent hand washing. Attention to safety and regulation compliance is crucial, as Servers are responsible for verifying legal drinking age for alcohol purchases and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
