Currently, Discovery Management Group is seeking a personable and professional Concierge to join their community team. This role involves being the first point of contact by greeting guests, residents, and employees, handling inbound and internal communications efficiently, and providing helpful information to enhance the community experience. The Concierge position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operational flow at the front desk by managing telephone duties, coordinating messages, updating records, and supporting various administrative tasks. A successful Concierge contributes to a welcoming atmosphere and supports both the marketing department and dining staff with daily administrative and logistic functions.                 - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
 - one to three years customer service experience and/or training
 - or equivalent combination of education and experience
