We are currently seeking friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server at Seis Kitchen, you will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience by providing attentive, prompt, and thoughtful service from the moment guests arrive until they leave. This role requires an individual who loves working in a fast-paced team environment and who enjoys creating positive and memorable experiences for every guest. Serving is not just about delivering food and beverages but about building rapport, answering questions about our menu, accommodating special dietary needs, and ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience runs smoothly and joyfully.
Servers at Seis Kitchen are expected to greet guests warmly, take and enter accurate orders using our POS system, deliver meals efficiently, maintain a clean dining space, and collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers. Handling transactions responsibly and assisting with stocking and upkeep duties are also part of the role, making it both customer-facing and operational. This position is ideal for those passionate about hospitality and excellent teamwork. While previous restaurant experience is a plus, it is not a requirement, as strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask well are equally valued. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability on evenings and weekends, and the physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays up to 50 pounds. Those interested must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
