Corpay is a dynamic company specializing in payment solutions and financial services, dedicated to providing efficient and innovative services to a wide range of industries globally. Within its diverse portfolio, the company operates multiple lines of business including lodging services, where client satisfaction and operational excellence are paramount. Corpay's TA Connections division, focused on crew accommodations, plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel and lodging arrangements for airline personnel, reflecting the company’s commitment to superior service and operational support. Located in Dania Beach, Florida, the team benefits from a collaborative office environment equipped with the latest resources and technology, designed to empower employees to succeed and contribute meaningfully to client objectives. The Crew Accommodations Onsite Agent position within Corpay's TA Connections division is essential to the Lodging line of business and offers a career opportunity in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role primarily involves managing and resolving hotel and ground transportation booking activities for airline crew members, including pilots, flight attendants, ad-hoc crews, and other non-crew airline employees. The agent utilizes the proprietary CrewHub (CrewRez) system alongside various communication channels such as email, chat, phone, and in-person interactions to handle booking requirements efficiently. Attention to detail and adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are critical to success in this role, as it involves coordination with hotel and ground transportation vendors to resolve any booking challenges. The Crew Accommodations Onsite Agent acts as a vital liaison between Corpay and multiple airline departments including crew scheduling and hotel desk teams. This interconnected role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations, especially during Massive Irregular Operations (MIROs), when the workload intensifies due to flight delays or cancellations. Agents are expected to work extended hours during such disruptions to secure timely accommodations, preventing delays in crew rest and avoiding operational setbacks. The position reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with airline teams to maintain smooth logistical operations. In addition to operational duties, Corpay supports its employees by providing an assigned workspace in the Dania Beach office, company-issued equipment, and remote training to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The role requires flexibility, resilience, and a proactive mindset to navigate complex logistic scenarios, source compliant hotel markets, manage emergency relocations, and collaborate internally and externally to maintain operational integrity. This position demands not only technical skills but also interpersonal skills, emphasizing positive communication, problem-solving, and professionalism at all times. Corpay values employees who demonstrate a can-do attitude and who are committed to maintaining impeccable attendance and punctuality. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in crew scheduling, hotel coordination, or customer service who thrive in a deadline-driven environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional support to airline clients.
