This temporary Server position is ideal for candidates looking forward to contributing to an exceptional guest service experience within the hospitality sector. The role will run approximately from October 1, 2025, through April 15, 2026, offering a competitive hourly wage of $15.00. Serving as a vital point of contact between guests and the kitchen, the Server is responsible for taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages promptly and courteously, and handling payment transactions with precision using a POS system. Additionally, closing and opening side work are essential to maintain service readiness and overall restaurant cleanliness. The successful candidate will play a key part in upholding the company's high standards of customer care, operating under the guidance of management to meet daily operational needs. The role demands flexibility in schedule and a proactive approach to working collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment. Compliance with food safety regulations, including possessing a valid Food Handlers Certificate, is mandatory. This role also includes the responsible service of alcoholic beverages following all legal requirements and company training. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two-digit numbers and perform basic operations with American currency, weight, volume, and distance
• Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and apply logical reasoning to resolve issues effectively
• Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and find practical solutions to challenges
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• A minimum of two years of experience in culinary services, food preparation, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
• Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp constantly
• Manual dexterity for operating kitchen equipment
• Clear vision and hearing for effective communication
