The Server position at BridgePoint at Los Altos is a vital part-time role focused on delivering exemplary customer service and hospitality to residents and guests. This position operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, offering competitive pay between $20 and $20.10 per hour, along with a generous $500 hiring bonus. The role demands a warm and professional approach to all aspects of food and beverage service within various dining venues. Servers play a key role in enhancing the dining experience by greeting and escorting residents, demonstrating comprehensive menu knowledge, and ensuring dining areas are clean and properly set. This job is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment, have some experience in serving, and are committed to providing a friendly, approachable atmosphere. The position requires a food handler's certification and a high school diploma is preferred.
