We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associates to join our team. This role requires individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding service and are dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents, guests, and employees. The position offers a competitive pay rate between $17.00 and $22.00 per hour and requires availability on weekends and holidays. As the welcoming face of The Crestmoor community, associates will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, pleasant atmosphere and exceptional experience for all visitors and residents. From greeting guests and managing inquiries to monitoring security protocols and assisting with administrative tasks, this multi-faceted role is essential to maintaining the community’s high standards. In addition to engaging directly with residents and their families, associates provide critical support to sales and marketing efforts, ensuring effective communication and a seamless visitor experience. The work environment is dynamic, requiring vigilance, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities including emergency response participation.   • High school diploma or GED required
  • prior customer service, front desk, and telephone experience preferred
  • valid Texas driver’s license required
  • excellent communication and customer service skills

  • proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel
  • understanding of HIPAA requirements
