This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $22.00 to $27.00, with expected work hours between 20 to 40 hours per week. The role involves working primarily in-person during day or evening shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. In the role of Bartender/Server, you will play a crucial part in ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. You will engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits, while also handling cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines are vital as you maintain the cleanliness of food and drink preparation areas and keep track of inventory supplies. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with both kitchen staff and fellow team members will be essential for smooth daily operations. You will also be involved in promoting daily specials, events, and menu items, ensuring that guests are well informed and satisfied with their choices. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and basic bartending skills are required, along with the ability to stand and carry heavy items for extended periods. Candidates must also meet the legal drinking age requirements and may need certification such as TIPS depending on local regulations.
