We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join this thriving sports bar and grill. This full-time, direct hire position offers an annual salary starting at $75,000 plus quarterly bonuses, reflecting the importance of the role in driving business success. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the bar and grill, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day management to maintain smooth service and high standards. This includes managing inventory and cost controls to optimize financial performance while complying with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
In addition to operational oversight, the General Manager will lead a dedicated team by recruiting, training, and developing staff members to deliver exceptional customer service. Creating a positive and motivating work environment is essential to foster collaboration and maintain employee engagement.
