This role of Server is an essential part of the Culinary Team at Five Star Senior Living. The position is geared towards individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences to senior residents. The Server plays a crucial role in delivering courteous, efficient service and ensuring residents enjoy their meal times in a friendly and respectful environment. The role involves taking meal orders, serving food and drinks, and paying close attention to individual dietary needs such as allergies and food preferences. Efficient communication with both residents and the kitchen is key, using technology like Point of Sale systems to facilitate seamless service. Servers are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness in dining and food service areas and occasionally in residents' rooms. 
In addition to direct food service duties, the Server must engage warmly with residents, providing a cheerful and professional demeanor that enhances the community atmosphere. The position is part-time or full-time and offers a competitive pay range of $12.50 to $15.50 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering quality service.                 - Minimum of 16 years of age
 - Minimum 10th grade education or equivalent work experience
 - 1-year experience as a server or in a similar food service environment
 - Working knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures
 - Freedom from illegal use of drugs
 - Freedom from use and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
 - Persons found guilty of abuse, neglect, or mistreatment in healthcare settings are ineligible for employment
 - Demonstrates effective time management skills
