We are currently hiring Servers for the 2026 cruising season. This is a temporary, onboard position lasting 28 weeks, where you will be responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality and creating an elegant dining atmosphere for our guests. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each guest experiences impeccable service, fine cuisine, and a welcoming ambiance. As part of our shipboard hotel and restaurant team, you will set up and break down dining areas for all meal services including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour. You will handle every aspect of guest dining needs by suggesting menu items, serving courses carefully, and responding to any culinary inquiries. Beyond typical restaurant duties, you may also assist with greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering for evening entertainment events. This position is designed as an excellent entry point into the cruise industry and hospitality career, providing comprehensive training, including safety and emergency procedures essential to operating onboard securely. Wages for this role range from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, plus bonuses. Most major living expenses such as travel, lodging, meals, uniforms, and training are fully covered, allowing an exceptional opportunity to save money while traveling extensively across the country.
