We are currently hiring Servers for the 2026 cruising season, a temporary position lasting up to 28 weeks aboard our ships. This role is integral to providing outstanding hospitality, serving meals and beverages in an elegant setting while representing the American Cruise Lines brand with pride. Servers are responsible for ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience by efficiently setting up and breaking down meal services, catering to culinary requests, and delivering attentive and personalized customer service. The position offers wages ranging from $1,000 to $1,400 per week with additional bonuses, alongside major living expenses covered, including travel, room and board, uniforms, and paid training. Working as a Server on board provides a foundational opportunity to gain experience in the cruise and hospitality industry, with exposure to a diverse array of guests and fellow crew from across the country. Employees will participate in various duties beyond routine restaurant service, such as greeting guests during embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and assisting with evening entertainment catering. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.   • at least eighteen years of age
