We are currently seeking a Concierge to join our dedicated team at one of our senior living communities. The Concierge plays a vital role as the welcoming presence for residents, visitors, and team members alike. This position involves managing reception duties including answering phones, greeting guests, providing information, and facilitating communication between residents, families, and staff. The Concierge also handles administrative tasks such as organizing mail distribution, maintaining phone and resident records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with meal ticket preparation. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for all community members and visitors.
