The role of a server at 30hop is pivotal, serving as the main point of contact for guests throughout their dining experience. Servers are responsible for providing timely, attentive, and friendly service in a fast-paced setting, aiming to ensure every guest feels welcomed and satisfied. • Must be 18 years of age or older
• prior experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
• ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food or drinks
• flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• knowledge of food and beverage safety practices is a plus
