We are currently seeking to expand our dedicated team by hiring a Car Preparer to join our dynamic dealership staff. This role plays a critical part in the overall customer experience, ensuring that every vehicle delivered to a customer meets the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and readiness. The Car Preparer will focus on both new and used vehicles, performing necessary tasks from vehicle cleaning to arranging the final touches needed for a smooth delivery process. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $15 and provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, supplemental benefits, a 401(k) with company matching, gym discounts, paid volunteer time off, and paid time off. The ideal candidate is hands-on and detail-oriented, responsible for preparing vehicles to meet dealership expectations and customer satisfaction. This entails everything from washing and vacuuming cars, removing temporary stickers, placing mats, cleaning windows, and ensuring all owner manuals and keys are correctly organized and available. You will also play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational standard of the lot and showroom by assisting with basic maintenance tasks and managing car placement for optimal presentation.
