The role of Server at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ is vital to maintaining the high standards of service that the brand promises its guests. As a Server, the individual will be responsible for presenting food and beverages in a professional and timely manner while interacting with guests and staff cordially and efficiently. This position requires someone who can manage multiple tasks including seating guests, clearing and setting tables, preparing take-out orders, and completing side work, all according to company policies and quality standards. The Server must demonstrate good communication skills, time management, and uphold a professional demeanor in dress, speech, and behavior. This hourly position offers competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, reflecting the candidate's experience and capacity to deliver outstanding service. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or its equivalent and at least one year of restaurant experience, with the flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
