You will be responsible for seating guests based on their preferences while balancing server sections to ensure smooth service flow. Additionally, handing out menus or special feature sheets and introducing guests to their servers are key responsibilities that elevate the guest experience. No prior restaurant experience is required for this position, making it an excellent opportunity for those eager to enter the hospitality industry and develop valuable skills in guest relations and restaurant operations. The position requires strong mental capacity to understand and apply the skills and procedures essential to managing a busy dining area. Physical stamina is necessary as the job involves standing for extended periods and quick, efficient bussing and resetting of tables.
