The position available is for a Server / Waiter / Waitress, both full-time and part-time, aimed at individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service. As a Server at Applebee's, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. This role involves taking and delivering food and drink orders, responding to guests’ needs with professionalism and efficiency, and collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards. The servers follow Applebee’s Basic Service Steps to provide a consistent, quality experience. Because this is a tipped role, servers receive a base salary plus tips, offering competitive earning potential. While previous serving experience of one year or more is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this role accessible for those eager to enter the restaurant industry.
