We are currently seeking outstanding individuals to join our culinary team as Servers. This part-time role involves delivering exceptional dining service to residents and their guests during meals, primarily working Monday through Friday from 11 am to 2 pm, with some evening and weekend shifts as needed. The Server position contributes directly to enhancing the Gold Leaf Dining experience, which is renowned for upholding high standards of food quality and atmosphere. Servers will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient service in an elegant restaurant-style dining room, creating a pleasant and memorable dining experience for residents. You will accurately take, place, and serve food and beverage orders while assisting with special requests whenever possible. Keeping the salad bar well-supplied and maintaining the proper temperature is also part of this role, along with clearing tables, delivering soiled items for cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure the dining area is inviting and well-maintained. This role offers a unique schedule that avoids late-night hours, catering to the early dining preferences of our residents.
