We are currently seeking a part-time Server Lead to join our team and help us provide an outstanding hospitality experience for our residents dining at the community. This role is critical in leading and ensuring excellent food service standards while managing daily operations from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays. The Server Lead will be instrumental in both motivating the team and delivering on the commitment to top-notch resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring two to three years of experience in a food service leadership role and three to four years of overall food service experience. A valid ServeSafe food handlers certificate and RBS certification are required, confirming your readiness to maintain the highest food safety standards. As a Server Lead, you will lead by example, inspire your team, and drive service excellence with passion and professionalism.
