The 3rd Shift Concierge position at Resort Lifestyle Communities is an integral role that focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality during the overnight hours. Working from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Thursday through Monday, this position is responsible for monitoring the community overnight, responding swiftly to resident needs, and providing light maintenance and housekeeping support throughout the shift. As the sole "go-to-person" on the third shift, the concierge ensures the safety, comfort, and orderly operation of the community during nighttime hours, all while upholding the company’s commitment to service excellence. This role not only requires strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the night but also calls for a compassionate and servant-hearted approach to assisting residents and guests.

 - able to remain awake and alert throughout the night to respond quickly to emergencies
 - 21 years of age or older

 - able to move tables and furniture periodically
 - able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
