The role of Server/Dietary Aide at Priority Life Care is vital in creating a warm, welcoming, and positive dining experience for the residents in their care. This position is responsible for assisting with the preparation and service of meals, engaging with residents to build meaningful connections, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety according to state and federal regulations. Working closely with Cooks and the Dietary Manager, Servers/Dietary Aides play an integral role in ensuring that residents enjoy nutritious meals delivered with courtesy and professionalism. The job is designated as part-time or full-time employment at a rate of $16 per hour, offering competitive wages and paid time off (PTO) among other benefits. Servers/Dietary Aides are the face of the dining experience, greeting residents promptly, accurately taking and relaying food and drink orders, and checking on guests throughout their meal to address any concerns.
