The current opportunity is for a Full-Time Front Desk Clerk position based at Valdoro Lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and eager to contribute to creating memorable vacation experiences. The compensation for this role is $21.00 per hour, with Day One Benefits and Daily Pay options available. The Front Desk Clerk is an integral part of the guest experience, serving as the first point of contact for guests and owners upon arrival. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, managing folios and payments, facilitating communication with housekeeping and maintenance departments, and maintaining front desk supplies and informational materials. The role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking capabilities, and a service-oriented mindset. Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is essential to meet the dynamic needs of resort guests.
