Currently, QSL Management is seeking a part-time Server for its Glenncrest at Siegen location. This role is scheduled from 7 am to 11 am and focuses on creating a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. The Server will play a vital part in upholding the company’s commitment to hospitality excellence by ensuring that every dining encounter is pleasant and memorable. The position involves assisting in the bar and coffee shop when scheduled, demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Servers are expected to take accurate orders, assist with meal preparation, maintain stock levels, and support special events and activities as needed. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, emphasizing teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, and dedication to serving the elderly population. • Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements
• Food server or hospitality experience required
• Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements
• Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment and prepare food which meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards
• Knowledge of a POS system preferred
• Able to be flexible and work a variety of shifts including holidays, weekends and for pre-planned special events
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with staff and residents
